Please follow our Safety & Responsibility Guidelines:
🧠 Drive with Awareness & Common Sense: Please do not confuse "Full Insurance" with the freedom to drive recklessly. We don’t look at tiny details, small scuffs, or minor stone chips—we focus on the big picture. Treat the car as if it were your own. For your safety, always keep to the right and maintain a safe distance.
🚫 Zero Tolerance (Alcohol & Drugs): This is our strictest rule. Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs your judgment is strictly prohibited. If this rule is broken, all insurance is void.
⚖️ Legal Responsibility: While our insurance covers 100% of the damage to the car (€0 cost to you), you remain personally responsible for any legal consequences or police actions. Legal liability is independent of car insurance.
🅿️ Parking & Towing: Never park on yellow lines or prohibited zones. If the police tow the car to the Municipal Deposit (Pound), you are 100% responsible for the fines and the costs to recover the vehicle.
🛣️ No Off-Roading: Our cars are for paved roads only. Driving on dirt tracks or off-road is strictly forbidden.
🛞 Wheels & Rims: We cover normal wear, but damage caused by hitting curbs at high speed or reckless driving is considered negligence and is not covered.
🎒 Theft & Interior: Do not leave valuables visible inside the car. Always use the trunk (boot). We are not responsible for items stolen from inside the cabin.
🔑 Lost Keys: You will be responsible for the costs of displacement and delivery of a replacement key.
